Shipping Information:
Please allow 2 weeks for all custom items. In stock items will usually ship within 48 hours.
Exchanges:
"a sweet t" wants our customers to be happy with their product selections! In the event that you chose the wrong size item, we will be happy to exchange your item for a different size of the same item. The item must be returned in its original condition and unworn. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. Returns need to be sent back to "a sweet t" at the buyers expense to:

Refund Policy:
Due to the customization of the New Trier Rugby product lines, we regret to inform that there are no refunds available. Every order is designed to meet the specific needs of our customers and reflects their unique identity on Spiritwear selections. As a result, all sales are final.
The only exception to this policy would be if an item purchased is proven to be defective within 14 days of purchase. In this case a replacement item would be sent out to you once the defective item was returned to our office and approved.
